FUSB340TMX-TP

This device is a high-speed bidirectional passive switch supporting multiplexer or demultiplexer configurations, designed for USB Type-C applications with USB 3.1 Gen 1 and Gen 2 data rates. Depending on the state of the control pin SEL, the device provides switching on differential channels between port L0 or port L1 and port Co. It is a general-purpose analog differential passive switch suitable for any high-speed interface application requiring a common-mode voltage range of 0 to 2V and differential signal amplitudes up to 1.8Vpp. It employs adaptive tracking technology to ensure consistent channel characteristics across the entire common-mode voltage range. The device's excellent dynamic performance supports high-speed switching with minimal signal eye diagram degradation and very low added jitter. Operating power consumption is below 2mW, with a shutdown mode enabled via the _EN pin that reduces power consumption to below 20uW.
