Overview
60V, 3A buck converter with integrated 150mΩ high-side MOSFET. The device features a wide 4.5V to 60V input range, suitable for various applications powered by unregulated sources such as industrial or automotive systems. Operating in peak current mode, it supports a wide adjustable switching frequency set via an external resistor. Quiescent current in sleep mode is 100uA, with a shutdown current of 1uA, making it well-suited for battery-powered systems. The device integrates multiple protection features including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, output overvoltage protection, and input undervoltage lockout. Offered in an 8-pin eSOP-8L package.
