Overview

GN1117 is a low dropout positive voltage regulator with a maximum output current of 1A. The GN1117-ADJ is an adjustable output voltage version that requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage anywhere in the range of 1.25V to 13.8V, while the GN1117-1.2/1.5/1.8/2.5/2.85/3.3/5 provides fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V. The device features built-in thermal protection and is widely used in applications requiring high-accuracy, low dropout positive voltage regulation.
