Overview
GP1200Q is a highly integrated PSR driver control IC for isolated adapters and chargers, with an external MOSFET. GP1200Q operates in QR conduction mode, offering high efficiency and good EMI characteristics. Its standby power consumption is less than 70mW, easily meeting the European Energy Star Level 6 efficiency standard. The output line loss compensation is adjustable, enabling a well-regulated output voltage profile across no-load to full-load conditions. GP1200Q integrates output short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, soft-start, Vdd pin overvoltage/undervoltage protection and clamping, and Gate pin clamping protection for the secondary-stage MOSFET. GP1200Q is available in a SOT23-6 package.
