GP2105-ADL

GP2105 is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator series with a dropout voltage of 1.3V at 1A load current. Compared to competitors' 5mA, the GP2105 features an ultra-low quiescent current with a typical value of only 2mA. In addition to fixed output voltage versions (VOUT = 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V), the GP2105 also offers an adjustable version capable of providing output voltages from 1.25V to 12V using only two external resistors. The GP2105 incorporates a thermal shutdown function to ensure the stability of the die and power supply system. Trimming technology is employed to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracy options (e.g., 1%) are available upon request. The GP2105 is available in SOT-223, TO-252, and SOT-89 power packages.
