Overview
High-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters, integrating an ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. Supports both "floating ground" and "common ground" synchronous rectification topologies, as well as DCM and QR operating modes. Built-in high-voltage VCC supply module eliminates the need for a VCC auxiliary winding, reducing system cost. Integrated VCC UVLO protection. SOP8 package.
