Overview
GP8655SX is a primary-side feedback valley-switching control IC with constant voltage and constant current operation, designed for chargers and adapters. It employs a proprietary output line loss compensation technique to effectively compensate for the voltage drop caused by output current flowing through the output cable. The IC integrates an internal loop compensation circuit, eliminating the need for external compensation components and ensuring excellent system stability. It achieves superior CV/CC characteristics while meeting standby power consumption requirements of less than 75mW. The GP8655SX incorporates multiple protection features, including open-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and short-circuit protection.
