Overview
Integrated power composite transistor, constant voltage/constant current primary-side feedback QR turn-on control IC for chargers and adapters. Features proprietary output cable loss compensation technology to effectively compensate for the voltage drop caused by output current across the output cable. Built-in loop compensation circuit eliminates external compensation components, ensuring excellent system stability. Achieves superior CV/CC characteristics with standby power consumption below 75mW. Comprehensive protection features include open-circuit protection, OVP, and short-circuit protection. SOP8 package.
