Overview

Integrated power composite transistor, employing primary-side feedback quasi-resonant turn-on control with constant voltage and constant current regulation, suitable for chargers and adapters. Proprietary output cable loss compensation effectively compensates for the voltage drop across the output wiring. Built-in loop compensation eliminates the need for external components, ensuring excellent system stability. Achieves superior CV/CC characteristics with standby power consumption below 75mW. Comprehensive protection features include open-circuit, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection. Available in SOP7-PLUS package.
