Overview
A self-powered constant voltage/constant current primary-side feedback control IC designed for chargers and adapters. Features proprietary output line loss compensation technology to effectively compensate for the voltage drop caused by output current across the output cable. Integrated startup circuit eliminates external startup resistors; built-in feedback voltage divider pull-down resistor and current sensing resistor simplify the peripheral circuit. Integrated loop compensation circuit requires no external compensation, ensuring good system stability. Achieves excellent CV/CC characteristics with standby power consumption less than 75 mW. Provides multiple protection features including open-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and output short-circuit protection. Unique single-cycle peak current shutdown mechanism prevents power transistor failure due to overcurrent. SOP7 package.
