The GR6119 series are high-accuracy, low-noise, high-input-voltage (up to 15V) LDO regulators fabricated using CMOS process. This series integrates a built-in fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast transient response with low dropout performance. The GR6119 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, enabling further space savings and cost reduction. With high-accuracy output stability and fast transient response to handle load current fluctuations, it is particularly suited for handheld devices and RF applications. By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current after shutdown is only 0.1μA (typ.), significantly reducing power consumption.
