Overview
The GR61CCxx series is a high-precision, low-power voltage detector IC fabricated using CMOS process technology and laser trimming. The GR61CCxx series exhibits minimal temperature drift, achieving high voltage detection accuracy. The GR61CCxx series offers two output modes: CMOS and N-channel open-drain.
