The GR73xx series is a positive-voltage linear regulator developed using CMOS technology, featuring low dropout voltage, high-accuracy output voltage, and ultra-low quiescent current. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the dropout voltage is minimized, while also offering high input voltage tolerance, with a maximum operating voltage of up to 15V, making it suitable for applications requiring higher voltage ratings.
