Overview
H7605 is a high-precision, low-power, positive-voltage three-terminal voltage regulator fabricated using CMOS and laser trimming technology. It delivers high current even with small input/output voltage differentials. The H7605 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage, and an error correction circuit. The foldback circuit of the current limiter provides short-circuit protection and output current limiting on the output pin. The output voltage is selectable from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments.
