HG1621BMS/TR

HG1621B is a peripheral device for expanding MCU I/O ports. With a display matrix of 32×4, it is a 128-dot matrix memory-mapped multi-function LCD driver circuit. The software features of HG1621B make it well-suited for LCD display applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The interface between the host controller and HG1621B requires only 3 or 4 ports. The Power Down command reduces power consumption.
