High-power thick-film chip resistors with resistance range from 0Ω to 10MΩ, accuracy up to ±0.1%, temperature coefficient of ±100 and ±200ppm/℃, and rated power from 0.5W to 5W. Suitable for instrumentation, consumer electronics, communications equipment, and power equipment. Through process improvements, high-power thick-film resistors can handle greater power than standard thick-film resistors of the same size, enabling better space savings while also improving pulse load capability. Replacing a standard thick-film resistor with a high-power thick-film resistor of the same size provides greater derating margin, contributing to improved long-term stability and enhanced reliability.
