HT1621BADM/TR-HG

HT1621BA is a peripheral device designed to expand microcontroller I/O ports. Its display matrix is 32×4, forming a 128-dot memory-mapped multi-function LCD driver circuit. The software features of this device make it well-suited for LCD display applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only 3 or 4 ports are required for the interface with the host controller. Power consumption can be reduced via the power-down command.
