Overview
The HT1621 is a peripheral device used to expand microcontroller I/O ports. Its display matrix is 32×4, forming a 128-dot memory-mapped multi-function LCD driver circuit. The software features of this device make it well-suited for LCD display applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The interface between the host controller and the HT1621 requires only 3 or 4 ports. A power-down command is available to reduce power consumption.
