Overview
HT1622 is a 256-pattern memory-mapped multi-function LCD driver. The S/W architecture of HT1622-LQFP44(7*7)-TD makes it suitable for dot-matrix LCD displays, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The HT1622-LQFP44(7*7)-TD features a power-down function.
