Overview
HT16C22A/HT16C22AG is a memory-mapped, multi-function LCD controller/driver IC. This series supports a display mode of 176 dots (44×4). Software-configurable features make it suitable for a wide range of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. Communication with most microprocessors/microcontrollers is achieved via a two-wire bidirectional I2C interface.
