HT7050S

The UMW HT70xx series is a three-terminal low-voltage detector implemented in CMOS technology. This series can detect fixed voltages ranging from 2.2V to 5V. The detector consists of four sections: a high-precision, low-power voltage reference, a comparator, a hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. Although the detector is primarily designed for fixed-voltage detection, it can also detect user-specified threshold voltages via external components (applicable to NMOS open-drain type only).
