Overview
The HT71xx-2 series is a group of three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. The allowable input voltage can be as high as 30V. Several fixed output voltage options are available, ranging from 2.1V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures low dropout voltage and low quiescent current characteristics. Although primarily designed as fixed voltage regulators, these ICs can be combined with external components to achieve variable voltage and current outputs.
