Overview
The HT71XX series is a low-power, high-voltage LDO regulator implemented in CMOS process, capable of delivering a maximum output current of 150mA. The device features an ultra-low quiescent current of 4μA while maintaining transient response to fast load transients. It also integrates thermal protection, short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection, with a maximum input voltage of 36V. The fixed output voltage range is 1.5V to 9V, supporting customization with high accuracy.
