Overview
The HT73xx-2 series are CMOS-based low-power, high-voltage LDO regulators featuring low dropout voltage and low quiescent current. This series supports input voltages up to 30V and provides several fixed output voltages in the range of 2.1V to 5.0V. The soft-start function effectively prevents output overshoot during power-up. Although primarily designed as fixed-voltage regulators, these devices can be combined with external components to achieve adjustable voltage and current output.
