Overview
The HT75XX series is a low-power, high-voltage CMOS LDO regulator with a maximum output current of 150mA. This series features an ultra-low quiescent current of 4μA while maintaining transient response capability to fast load transients. It also integrates thermal protection, short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection, with a maximum input voltage of 36V. The fixed output voltage range covers 1.5V to 9V, with support for high-accuracy custom voltages.
