HX24C02 / HX24C04 / HX24C08 / HX24C16 provide 2048/4096/8192/16384 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 256/512/1024/2048 words of 8 bits each. These devices are optimized for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are essential. The HX24C02 / HX24C04 / HX24C08 / HX24C16 are available in space-saving 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, 8-pin MSOP, and 5-pin SOT23 packages, and are accessible via a two-wire serial interface.
