HX24C128 / HX24C256 provides 131,072/262,144-bit serial EEPROM, organized as 4,096 8-bit words. The device is optimized for many industrial and commercial applications, suitable for low-power and low-voltage operation. Available in an 8-pin MSOP package, accessed via a two-wire serial interface.
