Overview
HX24C32/HX24C64 provides 32,768/65,536 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 4,096/8,192 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are critical. HX24C32/HX24C64 is available in space-saving 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, and 8-pin MSOP packages, and is accessed via a two-wire serial interface.
