Overview
HX24LC02B / HX24LC04B / HX24LC08B / HX24LC16B provide 2048/4096/8192/16384 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 256/512/1024/2048 words of 8 bits each. These devices are optimized for industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are critical. Available in space-saving 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, 8-pin MSOP, and 5-pin SOT23 packages, they are accessed via a two-wire serial interface.
