Overview
The HX24LC128/256 provides 131,072/262,144 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 4,096 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are essential. The HX24LC128/256 is available in space-saving 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP8, and 8-pin MSOP packages, and is accessible via a two-wire serial interface.

- Schmitt trigger inputs with noise suppression filtering, bidirectional data transfer protocol
- 1MHz (5V) / 400kHz (1.8V, 2.7V, 3.3V) compatible
- Write protect pin for hardware data protection, 64-byte page (128K/256K) write mode with partial page write support
- Self-timed write cycle (5ms max), high reliability; endurance: 1,000,000 write cycles, data retention: 100 years
