Overview
The HX24LC512 provides 524,288 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 65,536 words of 8 bits each. The cascadable feature of the device allows up to eight devices to share a common two-wire bus. The device is optimized for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low voltage operation are critical. It is available in space-saving 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin JEDEC SOP, 8-pin MSOP, and 8-pin TSSOP packages.
