Overview
HX61C series is a high-precision, low-power voltage detector IC fabricated using CMOS process technology and laser trimming. The HX61C series is minimally affected by temperature drift characteristics, achieving high voltage detection accuracy. The HX61C series offers two output modes: CMOS and N-channel open-drain.
