The HX6211 series are high-precision, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS process technology. The regulators integrate a built-in fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. The HX6211 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller in size than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1 μF bypass capacitor, saving board space and reducing cost. With high-precision output stability and fast transient response to handle load current fluctuations, it is especially suited for handheld devices and RF products. By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current after shutdown is only 0.1 μA (typ.), significantly reducing power consumption.
