Overview
The HX6606 series is a set of three-terminal low-power, high-accuracy voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. This series can deliver a large load current at low dropout voltage. The HX6606 series consists of a current limiting circuit, a driver transistor, a precision voltage reference, and an error correction circuit. The foldback circuit of the current limiter operates as short-circuit protection and output current limiting for the output pin. The output voltage is determined by an internal fuse, and any voltage in the range of 1.2~5.0V can be output.
