The HX73XX series is a positive-voltage LDO regulator developed using CMOS technology, featuring high output voltage accuracy and ultra-low quiescent current. Thanks to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the dropout voltage is extremely low, while also offering high input voltage tolerance — with a maximum operating voltage of 12V — making it well-suited for applications requiring higher voltage ratings.
