Overview

The IBSP3030 is a 0.5V to 16V adjustable output, high-performance, low-dropout linear regulator. It employs an ultra-low noise and ultra-high PSRR architecture, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications. The device delivers 200mA of output current at a typical dropout voltage of 350mV. Quiescent current is typically 3.2mA, dropping to well below 1μA in shutdown mode. It features a wide output voltage range (0.5V to 16V) while providing excellent output noise, PSRR, bandwidth, and load regulation at stable output. In addition, the regulator offers programmable current limiting, fast startup, and output voltage regulation indication capability. A ceramic output capacitor of no less than 4.7μF is recommended to achieve optimal noise performance and ensure circuit stability. Multiple built-in protection features include overcurrent protection, internal foldback current limiting, and thermal shutdown. Available in DFN10 and MSOP10 packages.
