The IBSP3032 is a low dropout linear regulator (LDO) powered by a 2.5 V to 20 V supply, with a maximum output current of 500 mA. This high input voltage LDO provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.2 V to VIN - VDO, featuring high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low noise, making it ideal for powering high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits. The device employs an advanced circuit architecture and unique process technology, requiring only a single 2.2 μF small ceramic capacitor for both CIN and COUT to achieve excellent line and load transient response performance. The IBSP3032 output voltage can be adjusted above the initial setpoint via an external resistive feedback divider, allowing the IBSP3032 to deliver output voltages from 1.2 V to VIN - VDO.
