Overview
The ICW1117 series is a low dropout three-terminal voltage regulator with a dropout voltage of 1.3V at 1A load current. It features a very low standby current of 2mA. In addition to fixed output versions of Vout = 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, and 5V, an adjustable version is also available, providing output voltages from 1.25V to 12V using only two external resistors. Thermal shutdown protection is provided to ensure the stability of the IC and power supply system. Trimming technology is employed to guarantee output voltage accuracy within 2%. Other output voltage accuracy options, such as 1%, are available upon request. Available in SOT-223, TO-252, and SOT89 power packages.
