ICW1236-Q1 is a high-accuracy, low-noise, high-PSRR LDO regulator with high output current capability, fabricated in CMOS process. It can deliver up to 1A of output current while consuming only 40μA of quiescent current. The internal circuitry includes a bandgap reference generator, error amplifier, pass transistor circuit, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, thermal protection, and phase compensation. The ICW1236-Q1 is available in a fixed output configuration by default (default output voltages: 5V or 3.3V). The adjustable version supports output voltages as low as 0.7V using an external resistor divider. Additional features include an enable function, Power Good signal, and output noise reduction pin. The ICW1236-Q1 is a high-performance LDO regulator designed for automotive applications, with the entire product line certified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard.
