ICW3667B

ICW3667 is a highly integrated, self-powered PSR control IC for isolated adapters and chargers, featuring an extremely simple peripheral design. The output constant-current point is set by the primary-to-secondary turns ratio of the transformer with a fixed primary-side peak current; the output constant-voltage point is set by a single FB resistor. The built-in startup circuit eliminates the need for external startup resistors; the built-in FB pull-down resistor and fixed peak current eliminate the current-limiting resistor; a self-powered scheme eliminates the auxiliary winding VCC supply diode. Built-in input line voltage compensation is included, and output voltage compensation is achieved via fixed output cable compensation. Multiple protection features are integrated, including VCC clamping/undervoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. Available in SOP7 package.
