IMP809S-TD is a three-terminal low-voltage reset detector/monitor implemented using digital system circuit design technology, providing reset monitoring signals for host processors. This reset detector/monitor supports fixed voltage monitoring from 1.0V to 5.0V, requires no external components, and is simple to use.
