Overview
IN1630-AGC is a synchronous buck regulator with a wide input voltage range of 8V to 60V. The device delivers a maximum continuous output current of 3.5A with excellent load and line regulation. The switching frequency is adjustable via a resistor, and the synchronous architecture ensures high-efficiency operation. Current mode control provides fast transient response and simplifies loop compensation design. IN1630-AGC integrates soft-start, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection to enhance system reliability. The device requires minimal standard external components. The IN1630-AGC converter is available in an industry-standard SOP-14 package.
