Overview
The JSM2019 series is a family of low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators featuring a wide input voltage range (2.3V to 6V), low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. It offers fast transient response, making it suitable for applications requiring rapid load transients. By selecting a device with an EN pin and pulling it low, the device can enter shutdown mode. In this mode, the shutdown current can be as low as 100nA (typical). The JSM2019 series linear regulators maintain stability with ceramic output capacitors across a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6V and the full output load current range (0mA to 300mA).
