The 78LXXC is a fixed-output linear three-terminal voltage regulator with a wide input voltage range. It integrates a voltage reference circuit, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection to ensure reliable operation. The output stage features low output impedance with an output current of up to 100mA. The device offers low quiescent current. Available in SOT89-3L, SOT23-3L, or TO-92 packages.
