Overview
78MXX is a fixed-output linear three-terminal voltage regulator with a wide input voltage range. It integrates an internal reference voltage circuit, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection to ensure reliable operation. The output stage features low output impedance, capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. This IC has low quiescent current and comes in a TO-252-3 package.
