Overview
KA7500B is a PWM switching regulator controller IC. It integrates a 5V reference voltage source, oscillator, error amplifier, comparator, flip-flop, output control circuit, output transistors, and dead-time comparator. The operating mode of the output transistors can be selected via the output control circuit, supporting either push-pull or single-ended operation.
