Overview
KP4051XSG is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace Schottky rectifier diodes for improved system efficiency. KP4051XSG supports both High Side and Low Side configurations with an integrated high-voltage VDD supply module, eliminating the need for auxiliary winding power supply and reducing system cost. KP4051XSG features fast turn-off capability and supports Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), Quasi-Resonant Mode (QR), and Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM). KP4051XSG integrates an intelligent turn-on detection function to effectively prevent false SR turn-on caused by Vds oscillation in DCM.
