Overview
Features a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout, low quiescent current, and compact packaging. The 2μA low quiescent current makes it ideal for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extending standby time and battery life. An optional EN pin version is available — pulling EN low enters shutdown mode, reducing quiescent current to as low as 100nA (typical). Supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and 0mA to 300mA output load current range.
