Overview
This product features a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout, low power consumption, and a compact package. Its 2μA low quiescent current makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extend standby time and battery life. An optional version with an EN enable pin is available — pulling the EN pin low enters shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The output capacitor uses ceramic capacitors, ensuring stable operation across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and the entire output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
