Overview
This product features a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, with low dropout, low power consumption, and a compact package. Its 2μA low quiescent current makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered devices and systems requiring extended standby operation, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively prolong standby time and battery life. An optional version with an EN enable pin is available; pulling the EN pin low activates shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The output capacitor supports ceramic capacitors, enabling stable operation across the full input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and the entire output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
